Ted Dura's complaint was filed on a Teller County Complaint Form on April 24, 2000.

His complaint was hand-written and sometimes difficult to understand because he worded his complaint in short phrases rather than complete sentences. Example: "misreporting, lying, altering payments", etc.

His complaint capsulized everyone else's complaints into one short paragraph, omitting descriptive information. Barbara jumped on this, first feigning confusion and asking "what is this, and this", and then dropping the pretense when she wanted to say something nasty about Ted Dura. She seemed to know exactly what he was talking about when it suited her.

In my conversations with Ted, nowhere did he resemble the "spoiled brat" and foul-mouthed individual that Barbara tries to make him out to be. Her lies become more understandable when one remembers that she is a pathological liar.
