Rocky Mountain Construction Lending Strikes!
Monica tries to suck more blood from another victim!
The Wicked Witch of the Northstar

Rui bought a house from NorthStar May 2000. It has been a disaster. She has obtained an attorney. Her complaints are very much like the complaints of others. Overbilling, delays, etc. And of course, it's never NorthStar's fault. Never.

As in other cases, Rocky Mountain Construction Lending did not send them bills for the interest on the construction loan and then told them that they were delinquent on the loan because they had not made the interest payments. Monica has an interesting little scam going here. One that will sink her in court.

Monica Wasden, claims her "board" has decided not to extend the construction load to Rui. Who is her board? We know that she and her husband own Rocky Mountain Construction Lending, and our guess is that this dynamic duo is their entire "board". If there are others on this board, Monica, have you warned them that they will be included in Rui's lawsuit claiming fidicuary irresponsibility on the part of Rocky Mountain Construction Lending? Tell them, and yourself, to set aside some money for legal fees and settlement. because, again, you're going to lose, like you have before. It may take time, but you're going to lose.

One of the reasons Rocky Mountain Construction Lending is threatening foreclosure is because Rui refused to go to closing when Grand West wanted her to close, on April 9, 2001. Why did she refuse? Because the house wasn't finished yet! How do you close on a house that's not finished yet? Ask Grand West. They have it in their contract that the home buyer must go to settlement when Grand West is ready, not when the home is ready and passed inspection.

Monica, sorry ~ meant to say WWoNS, also sent Rui a statement of account showing the construction project being only $112 over budget. That would be great if you somehow explained the $19,000 WWoNS shows as a line item subordinated to builder? It's the overcharges, padding, and other lies concerning the construction costs that NorthStar claims it is owed and is carrying the costs themselves so they can claim the costs didn't go over. We can't wait to get you on the witness stand, squirming, trying to explain this little tidbit, Monica!
