we had a shower installed in our bathroom by Bay State Re-bath. The installer put the shower door off center and when I asked to have it moved they refused and charged me 175.00 to put it where it belongs.

I was charged 175.00 to have the shower door placed where it belongs, where I was told it would go, where they are all placed in the showroom and I was yelled at and treated rudely by the owner Jennifer B. after spending 8,000.00 They refuse to refund the extra 175,00 and told me to take them to court. The also lied to the BBB saying many things that were not true. I have detailed records and photos....I PRAY THAT THIS IS THE LAST OF IT!

Based upon the attitude of Re-Bath Corporate, we would expect they all are as incompetent as Re-Bath Colorado Springs. Possibly worse. But we don't know. Use them at your own risk.
