We chose Re-bath to replace our old tub with a Jacuzzi type bath tub. We were very happy with the looks of everything. Before he left, the installer filled the tub with water to test it. Everything seemed to drain ok so he left. When we went downstairs, we discovered water in the lower level. A lot of water. It seems that a Jacuzzi type tub used a lot more water than a regular bath or a shower and when it drains it causes a lot more pressure on the pipes. It is possible to have a clogged drain and not even know about it, as in our case. Our carpet was full of water and it had gone down the steps to the next level. Most of the people we spoke to at Re-Bath said they had heard about this happening but that they don't tell the customer because people would feel like they were trying to get them to spend more money.

We are seniors on a fixed income and had to spend a lot of time and money to put things back as they were. Needles to say, we are very unhappy about this. We feel that they should have told us about this ahead of time and that they should tell all their customers or potential customers that this might happen, especially when the bathroom is on an upper level. It would save a lot of problems and expense. Re-Bath has done did absolutely nothing to help us. What started as a pleasant experience has turned into a very expensive nightmare. Perhaps this will keep someone else from having the same awful experience.
