A warning about Re-Bath. We hired Re-Bath to install a new acrylic shower in out bathroom. Not only were they a month late in starting, they installed the wrong base, the doors are crooked and will not close, there is caulk everywhere except where it should be, they caused over $600 in damage to the sheetrock around the shower along with many other problems. We have been trying for a month to get the problems repaired but the customer service department and the contractor will no longer answer phone calls, emails, or even certified letters. Our next step is going to court to get a lien against their bond.

We checked with the state contractors board, the BBB, and even called all of his references before we hired him. There were no complaints about his work to be found. I only hope that posting here will save others from the frustration that we are facing now.
