The contract did not specify the make and model of the medicine cabinet ordered. Clever. Customer can't dispute what was ordered since the installers have no catalog with them. We did not order a 3-door medicine cabinet. A one or two door cabinet; yes. 3-doors; no. It appears they had little or no clue what to purchase when they went to the hardware store and got whatever was the cheapest or on sale at the time. Incompetent isn't a strong enough word to describe these people.
