So why didn't we just plug it ourselves? They covered over most of the floor, not all, and installed a floor cabinet about 18 inches off the floor. Little or no room for us to get to the old drain and plug it. We have to remiove the cabinet (which took two men a lot of effort to install) and pull up part of the floor to plug it. How hard would it have been to do it right in the first place? Isn't that a basic thing in this business? Plug old drains? Hmmmmmm? Do you really train your people?
