Many casinos now offer "Buffalo Blackjack". This variation of blackjack allows players to play regular blackjack and to place side bets
on the player's possibility of getting a "21" and/or betting that the dealer "busts". A player does not have to place any of the side bets. "Buffalo Blackjack"
is "regular" blackjack with side bets.
Another variation of blackjack in some casinos is "Streak Blackjack". This game is regular blackjack with a side bet by the player that the player
will win two or more hands in a row. The player does not have to use the side bets.
While many players like the side bets, whenever a casino offers a side bet, consider the odds.
Some casinos offer single-deck and/or double-deck blackjack games, usually at a higher minimum than regular blackjack and with some
limits on splitting and doubling down. Single-deck generally has a lower payout for getting a blackjack (a two-card total of 21).
