Box 1886 Woodland Park CO 80866 Re: Contractor License #2761C Dear Sirs, It has recently come to my attention that you have issued a Contractor's License to an individual who is using a registered trade name as his business name. August T. Bolender has his license issued the business name "Builder Network Services" which is a registered name of the NorthStar Companies (see enclosed literature). I'm not sure what procedures are involved in changing this item, but I'd appreciate it if it were done as soon as possible. We hired Mr.Bolender to act as the General Contractor on a job for us several months ago, but it was strictly as an individual. I was not aware that he had a business name other than his drywall company name – "Premium Drywall". It seems that the Builder Network Services name has come about since we asked him to be the contractor on our job(s), and while I can't fault his selection of a name – (we like it too) – we also can't permit him to keep it as his own.
