The rumor mill keeps churning out good gossip. Trouble is, where does the rumor stop and fact begin? This one sounds like it's true. Craig Davis is leaving NorthStar.
Actually, we were wondering what took so long? Let's face it, Craig, you're not a NorthStar caliber liar. You're good but not as good as Barb and Doug. We have to admit that we think you've been studying at the feet of the best. But, this ability to look an unsuspecting person in the eye and lie them out of their wallets, will it be of use at your next job?
Also, considering your memory problems, are you sure you have another job? Do you remember who it was? Does your new employer know, really know, about NorthStar? Will your new employer give you the time off you're going to need for depositions and court appearances? You're going to need it. Leaving NorthStar doesn't end it. It will follow you. Because you lied. And in lying, you hurt a lot of unsuspecting home buyers. How quickly will they forgive you, if ever?
Do your kids know what you really do for a living? Would they be proud that Daddy lies and cheats people? Are you proud?
Our main problem with Craig is that he was a willing participant in the lying and cheating of the victims. Like Sherry Beeler, he knew what was going on. Like Sherry Beeler, he did not leave until things got really bad. Like Sherry Beeler, he left the sinking NorthStar ship when it became obvious it was sinking.
