Joe was willing to provide some information. He is reluctant to give much detail as he says has a court case pending against NorthStar.
NorthStar, when they were still operating under Blue Rose, had been contracted to build his new home. They started the job but
they never finished it. When challenged for paperwork to justify the charges, as usual, NorthStar furnished none. As Joe said,
"Their documentation is unbelievablely sloppy."
Joe took them to court over the lien. Before the scheduled court date, NorthStar withdrew their lien rather than have it ripped to
shreds in court.
We stumbled onto Joe's name in the Teller County records when we spotted a lien that NorthStar had filed. The lien, for
$28,084.77, wasn't spotted by us earlier.
