July 16, 1997 To Whom It May Concern,         I am stating this in order to release myself as general contractor on L#14, B#1, F#1, La Montana Mesa, 31 Matterhorn.         I have knowledge of the property regarding the excavation, septic and foundation of the house. I have done no work on the property personally, but have decided to remove myself from the permit after not choosing the foundation sub contractor, and personally viewing the problems that occurred during the completion of the foundation.
