A Bob Bookman from Apple Valley, Minnesota, contacted us with an obviously slanted email designed to make Twin Cities Re-Bath appear to be paragons of virtue and dedicated professionals. Re-Bath Rip-off.Blogspot, begins June 25, 2008. A LONG and tortured detailed chronicle about Re-Bath of California and the lies and shoddy work by Re-Bath of California and the indifference of corporate Re-Bath.

Sacramento Remodeling Company Takes Deposit, Doesn't Do Work, August 8, 2008. Re-Bath would not refund deposit after not showing up to do the work until a TV station got involved. They claimed the check was in the mail.

Randy from Re-Bath of California seems to be a liar, liar, pants on fire. We do not usually link to web sites but this one is so large we must. It is the Re-Bath Ripoff Blog and they go into detail with pictures.

Our story which is very long and very detailed. Begins in March 2008 through September 2008 for a one-day bathroom remodel. More than one-half year later and was not finished. The Colorado Springs office lied, and lied, and lied.

Hamden CT Nightmare, July 1, 2005. Re-Bath of Hamden, CT incorrectly installed a new tub-shower unit, the new drain system leaked and damaged the ceiling and a light fixture in kitchen.

Home Depot & Re-Bath of Connecticut, July 18, 2006. ReBath of Connecticut was late and ultimately botched the work on behalf of Home Depot who was not responding to complaints. This is a lengthy blog where ReBath Corporate responded and so did a lot of others.

Elsa of Norwalk, CT, August 4, 2009. Re-Bath of Connecticut took her money but did no work. Re-Bath Corporate never returned her calls in a timely manner. She cancelled the contract but has not received a refund

Took her money and did no work, May 7, 2013. Paid $2247.50 in February 2013, three months later, no response. Rhoda of Floral City is considering small claims court.

Under Warranty and Repair Not Done, Sept. 26, 2012. Ted in Venice bought a walk-in bathtub from Re-Bath. It is still under warranty but they never show up to repair it.

Lousy Customer Service, January 13, 2007, about the Miami, Florida office which is no longer listed as a location on the Re-Bath web site (March 19, 2010).

Re-Bath Does Shoddy Work, July 18, 2008. Re-Bath of Central Florida ripped out old bath and discovered they had the wrong tub to install. And they were not licensed.

Local Thieves Posing As Re Bath Take Your Deposit And Avoid You, June 16, 2007. Orlando, Florida office of Re-Bath botches the job big time. Took the man's money and lied, and lied and lied.

Paul of Post Falls, Idaho, March 16, 2013. The plumber working for Re-Bath finished his work. He left the property, failing to return the crawl space access cover to its correct position. Paul fell into the opening and was injured. Detailed complaint.

Sylvia of Marengo, Illinois, July 5, 2014. "Bathroom doors do not shut all the way, you take a shower and there is water on the outside of the doors. Toilet doesn't fit, the top of the toilet tank cover hangs over, they didn't cut the screws holding tank to the floor and no cover over tank screws where you turn the water." And there is lots more.

Patti of Peoria, Illinois, June 1, 2012. Six paragraphs about everything that went wrong. And she ends it all with, "Now, I have a white trash bathroom and white trash kitchen/living room. I'm heading to court in 2 hours. I hope the judge sees Re-Bath for what they are."

Regina of Southfield, Michigan, March 26, 2013. Installed the wrong whirlpool tub, due to a leak from the tub the downstairs carpet was saturated, heat vent behind the cabinets was not insulated ruining install. Re-Bath refused to fix what they had done. Sound familiar?

Seems that Re-Bath's "Lifetime Warranty" is not really "Lifetime". Nor is it a "Warranty". And guess what? Corporate was of NO help. Same old story. Take money, do bad work, ignore complaints.

Nancy of Philadelphia, PA, February 20, 2009. She reports Re-Bath ordered wrong size shower base and tried to force it. They left the sink in the hall bathroom unfinished after lying about what they had done to switch the doors and drawers around because of the interference with the water valves. Rotten job, still unfinished.

Rebath Of DFW Ripped off Vet Carrollton Texas, November 11, 2008. Disabled vet wanted his money back after finding how over-priced the new shower was. ReBath of Dallas/Fort Worth refused to refund his deposit of $3,250 even though no work had been done. Shower was installed but floor is so slick he has trouble standing up. ReBath of Dallas/Fort Worth refused to do anything about it

Lou of Fairview, Texas, March 29, 2013. ReBath of El Paso sales rep failed to make scheduled appointment. Forced the contractor to go with a much higher costing option, which in turn cost the 94-year-old woman more money

Raymond Of Grapevine, TX, October 27, 2009. Re-Bath installation was done by un-licensed installers (contrary to what Re-Bath Corporate claims ever happens) which subsequently caused water to seep under house and damage the foundation to the tune of $27,000. Re-Bath Corporate told him to take a hike deep in the heart of Texas.

Sabrina of Harker Heights, Texas, May 6, 2013. It was small things like not cleaning the cabinets out after they drilled the holes in them for handles or little spots of white paint from the trim on the walls, and one year later, her shower is leaking.

Janet of Houston, TX, September 9, 2011. Wrong parts installed. And they will not fix it. Sound familiar?

Kristy of Houston, Texas, April 22, 2013. They met Jeff from ReBath sales in 2012 to get a quote for remodeling two bathrooms - tear out of two showers, mold remediation, new flooring in one bathroom, removal of tile wainscot in the master bath, and the higher quality stone replacement for the showers/bath. "Both bathrooms look cheap and terrible."

Re-Bath LLC ordered no parts, did no work, August 26, 2008. Kevin of Reston Virginia complains. Crystal, daughter of Glen Carwile, mouths off coming to the defense of daddy who was an employee at Rebath by Weatherly. Her defense appears to revolve around the fact her daddy was dead and she was sure he would never do anything of the nasty things claimed by Kevin. Crystal gets The Kleenix Award For 2009.

Warning about Re-Bath, December 18, 2007. Ron Goldman announced he has a settlement with Re-Bath and cannot say anything further about the bad work they did.

Re-Bath of Everett, WA, December 17, 2008. Three months after installation the shower began to have problems.

Rebath screwed up order, no discount, covered big mistake, April 1, 2009. Bathtub took a year, promised discount was a lie and they damaged floor. This Re-Bath office trolls the Puyallup Fair in Washington State for victims. Puyallup is 35 miles south of Seattle and 10 miles east of Tacoma so we're not sure which office did this.

Jeanne of Cottage Grove, WI, Sept. 1, 2012. Re-Bath Madison and someone named Barry did her wrong. Work not done and Barry will not respond to phone calls. They called the corporate office but got NO help.

Kathleen of Madison, WI, Jan. 12, 2013. Complains of the same Barry (?) to whom she gave $7,000 and had to go into small claims court. Barry (no last name given) has moved on and went to work for Perfect Home Services Inc.

Retile or Reface? May 10, 2007, from Home Savvi web site. The "one day makeover" took over nine months. The couple got pregnant and had a child before Re-Bath completed the job. "We never got the shower door we wanted and not once did the owner of the franchise call to talk......" sure sounds familiar.

Rebath a scam and waste of time, posted September 26, 2008. Customer thought sales rep was rude and prices were too high and decided not to use them.

Home Depot and Re-Bath, February 21, 2010. The shower lierally fell apart while Fats was sleeping.

Ito and wife stiffed, April 21, 2010. They gave Re-Bath a deposit of $2250 only to find they had closed up shop.

Peter's Adventure, May 14, 2010. Re-Bath sent another plumber who had to cut several holes in their ceiling to locate the leak. The plumber who installed our new and improved shower forgot to connect the shower drain, so all of the water came down on their living room ceiling.

Larry's Tale of Woe, June 22, 2010. Installer failed to adequately caulk around the tub walls, shower rod continually fell off, the liner released from the tub and water was getting between the two and the repair created a drain leak into the basement, and on, and on, and on.

Terri's Nightmare, June 22, 2010. "It took 5 days to complete the 1 day job that was promised; At the end of the day, this is just a crap job".
