Ad repeated on November 23, 2001!
Since the hearing by the Teller County Board of Review was not covered by the press, FANS, Friends Against NorthStar, decided to place an advertisement in the High Country Trader announcing the decision. Since many of the victims were taken in by advertisements by NorthStar in this same newspaper, it is only fitting that the public be enlightened thru the same source.
We do not mean to intimate in any way that the High Country Trader took part in any deception by NorthStar. The HCT simply ran their ads.
The ad is below.

NOTICE
On November 7th,
the Teller County Board of Review
voted 3 to 1 to suspend the licenses of
NorthStar Construction and
Barbara Robbins, General Contractor, both of
Florissant, CO, for a period of 90 days.
Congratulations Teller County!
